“My husband and I purchased a move-in ready home from Mitch Harris Building Co in 2018 and it was love at first sight. We were immediately wowed by the quality and craftsmanship of the home. The staff at MHB were also great to work with! We could always get ahold of Mitch with any questions and his staff went out of their way to help us during and after work hours.

Before purchasing our MHB home we looked into a few different builders in the area, none of which compared to Mitch Harris' homes. It was really a night and day difference in quality and craftsmanship.

I also wanted to mention that recently we had an energy check-up on our house and the technician praised our builder and said "whoever built this house went above and beyond to make your house energy efficient and properly insulated." The technician left without any substantial recommendations. Our house looks pretty but it's nice to know the guts are in good shape too!

“In September of 2013, we met with Mitch Harris and Theresa Eiguren to inquire about building a new home in Pine Creek Ridge. 

That meeting proved not only to be professional and informative but it became crystal clear to us that Mitch Harris knew how to build a quality home and empty promises were not a part of his program. Within a very short time frame, Mitch had his architects design the exact type of home we desired, we had an actual building agreement, and a new lot picked out. Wow, what a difference!

Throughout the next nine months, our confidence in Mitch Harris Building only continued to grow. What Mitch stated would happen, did, and not only were promises kept but the quality of our home not only met our picky expectations, but in many ways completely exceeded them. Every subcontractor was professional and we were amazed to see workers at our home on Thanksgiving Day, News Year Day and even on Christmas Eve. Each worker not only did their job well but some even amazed us. Yes, good leaders know how to hire the right people. Nice job Mitch.

Mitch, we knew when we meet you that you were a solid builder but a year later we now understand the true magnitude of your ability.
